Spotlight: Sarah & Jeff Miller

Sarah & Jeff Miller got engaged right before valentines day in 2019. After dating for four years Jeff took Sarah on vacation to Cape Cod. The day before valentines day Jeff planned a whale watching excursion "After finding the whales, Jeff asked another tourist to stop to take a picture—and it was then that he got down on one knee," Sarah says. "I was shocked!"
